We arrange for the products to be delivered to the address for delivery indicated you order.
We will use reasonable endeavours to deliver within 7 days of the date of our order confirmation. However, we cannot guarantee delivery by the relevant date. We do however guarantee that unless there are exceptional circumstances all deliveries of product will be dispatched within 30 days of the later of the receipt of payment and the date of our order confirmation.
Delivery methods and period
We usually use couriers which are reliable and offer fast and prompt service, Royal mail, UK mail, DPD ,My Hermes and Parcel 2 Go. Our delivery service in England is usually 2-3 days. To Wales, Scotland and Ireland, it can take slightly longer depending on the level of the delivery service.
My Delivery is Missing
Our couriers will knock on your door to deliver your parcel. If you're not at home, the courier will either leave it with the neighbours or will re-deliver it at a later date. However, some couriers will leave the parcel at your front porch. A photo (for evidence) will be taken to show us and you that it has been delivered.
If your order is missing in transit, you'll be entitled to a refund and a claim will be made to the couriers company. However, if your parcel has been delivered and there's evidence like a photo or a signature, but you haven't received it, we will contact the company to ask what happened. However, if it's been stolen, a claim will be made but our best advice to you is to check the security cameras and ask around your area if they've seen anything. If there's no cameras in the area, the best thing we can do is to make a claim. We will do our best to make sure that you receive your parcel. Unfortunately, you will NOT be entitled to a refund if this happens.
