Order Process

The advertising of products on our website constitutes an invitation to that and your order for products constitutes a contractual offer. No contract will come into force between you and us unless/until we accept your order in accordance with the procedure detailed below:

You will then be asked for your payment details.

We will then send you initial acknowledgement.

Statutory Rights

Nothing in these terms of sale affects your statutory rights (including your right to relieve a refund in respect of defective product we sell to you)

My Delivery is Missing
Our couriers will knock on your door to deliver your parcel. If you're not at home, the courier will either leave it with the neighbours or will re-deliver it at a later date. However, some couriers will leave the parcel at your front porch. A photo (for evidence) will be taken to show us and you that it has been delivered.
If your order is missing in transit, you'll be entitled to a refund and a claim will be made to the couriers company. However, if your parcel has been delivered and there's evidence like a photo or a signature, but you haven't received it, we will contact the company to ask what happened. However, if it's been stolen, a claim will be made but our best advice to you is to check the security cameras and ask around your area if they've seen anything. If there's no cameras in the area, the best thing we can do is to make a claim. We will do our best to make sure that you receive your parcel. Unfortunately, you will NOT be entitled to a refund if this happens.
